  • Domain registrars

Any payments made toward third-party services are non-refundable and subject to the policies of the respective providers.

7. Service-Based Contracts

For ongoing services such as:

  • Website maintenance

  • Digital marketing
  • Cloud infrastructure management

Payments for the active service period are non-refundable once the service cycle has begun.

8. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare and exceptional circumstances, the company may review refund requests at its sole discretion.
