We encourage clients to thoroughly discuss their project requirements before making any payments. Once a project has commenced, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This policy ensures that we can allocate resources effectively and maintain service quality.

If a project is terminated by the client for any reason, any unpaid dues must still be settled as per the agreement. In the event of any disputes regarding service delivery, JSS Web Solutions will make reasonable efforts to address concerns and offer potential solutions. However, refund requests will not be entertained.
