Clients may request the cancellation of a project at any time. However, no refunds will be issued for payments already made. Any work completed up to the point of cancellation will be provided to the client, and any outstanding balance must be paid before receiving the final deliverables.
In cases where a client wishes to cancel a project before work has begun, JSS Web Solutions will evaluate the request and determine if any exceptions can be made. However, once a project has commenced, cancellation fees may apply to cover any resources and time already invested.
JSS Web Solutions also reserves the right to cancel services if a client fails to comply with our terms, does not make timely payments, or engages in unethical practices. In such cases, any completed work will be handed over upon settlement of outstanding dues.
